ART
"Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up." Pablo Picasso
Below are some the masterpieces my pupils have produced.

Integrated lesson in both Patterning in Mathematics and Perspective in Art:Left: This was a math and art integrated lesson where both perspective and patterning were being taught. Patterning was done in the snowman's scarf and the perspective was taught by the overhead view of the snowman.
Integrated lesson in both Language Arts outcomes and Line in Art:Above: This was an integrated language arts and art lesson taught to my classmates. A online version of a story about about line was first read along with imagery. This story demonstrated the types of line and how line can be used to express oneself. Students were then asked to draw their profile and try out the various types of line coming from their mouths. Representing a form of expressing oneself.
A lesson in drawing faces and representation of one of the "7 habits of highly effective kids"Left: Here the children were taught how to draw a face. This involves knowing proportions. The final touch was when the children expressed their favorite habit through various words that represented a habit on their t-shirt.
